Happy Holidays!
Happy Holidays to All!
The Amazing Grace Christmas House was located in Pleasant Grove, Utah and designed and programmed by Richard Holdman. A small little charity box placed in front of the display has raised more than $40,000 for the Utah Make-a-Wish Foundation. Thank you everybody for your support.
The display started in 2006 and traffic became to much of an issue and is no longer running. Richard Holdman has gone on to create Holdman Lighting which now installs many animated lighting displays across the United States and around the world including Argentina, Russia, Korea, and Canada.
Music is "Yule - Amazing Grace" and can be purchased right here:

Come To The Expo & Go Home With Solutions
Mark your calendars! The South Florida Cooperator’s annual South Florida Condo, HOA, & Co-op Expo, is back on December 4th, 2013 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center!
The South Florida Expo is the largest expo in the state entirely dedicated to connecting condo, HOA, and co-op managers, board members, and residents with the professionals and service providers their communities need on a regular basis. Between nearly 300 exhibitors, countless product demos, free advice booths, and full roster of educational seminars, it’s literally a one-stop, custom-built marketplace for vendors, products and ideas.
Stop by booths 309 & 311 to Learn how Roof-A-Cide® helps Communities Save Money while Saving Wear & Tear on Their Roofs!
“The express purpose of the South Florida Expo is to help attendees make useful, productive connections, gain valuable information, and network with their peers,” says company president Yale Robbins. So if you’re a decision-maker for a condo, homeowners association, or co-op community—or even if you just call one home—and you have a pressing legal issue or an important project waiting in the wings, you owe it to yourself and your community to drop by the Expo and experience what it has to offer. It would take months to meet with the same number of vendors and professionals a typical Expo attendee will interact with in one afternoon on the show floor.

Roof-A-Cide: Our Story
The Roof-A-Cide® product was developed Davie, Florida in
1992 as communities and some cities and towns began to require that homeowners
keep their roofs clean.
Since cleaning
options were limited, most people were forced to resort to pressure cleaning or harsh chemicals like Chlorine Bleach and the damaging process of repeated roof cleaning was
considered "unavoidable".
But some people knew there had to be a better way! With a lot of research, effort, & determination by people with backgrounds in
Property Management, Property Maintenance, and Chemistry, Roof-A-Cide® was created and things began to
change. People now had a common-sense alternative.
Over the next few years, the product & process was tested and refined
until it performed successfully and consistently throughout Broward County. We
worked with the EPA and Roof Materials Manufacturers to make sure the product
was safe for people to work with, safe for the environment, and safe for roofs.
To date, Roof-A-Cide® has been used on well over 150,000
homes in 14 states throughout the US. Roof-A-Cide® is well known in the HOA,
POA, and Condo Communities. And Roof-A-Cide® is being used by some of the most
established and respected Roofing, Painting, and Property Maintenance companies
in Florida and increasingly throughout the US.
Roof-A-Cide® has been tested and approved by the largest
manufacturers of Asphalt Shingles, Concrete Tiles, Clay Tiles, Stone-Coated
Steel, and Slate including GAF, Boral, Monier LifeTile, US Tile, Gerard, Metro, and Entegra.
Over the last 20+ years, Roof-A-Cide® has been proven on individual homes to Communities of over 1,000.
Roof-A-Cide: Safe, Cost-Effective, Proven, & Guaranteed!
