Offering annual and semi-annual contracts for the care
and upkeep of communities, which includes roof cleaning & treatment,
painting, sealcoating/stripping, and maintenance of all common areas has
reduced the cost to Communities by packaging these services together. By
consolidating these services and having a one stop contractor, the maintenance
is easily coordinated, cost-effective, the property always looks great, and
Coastal handles it all from “Top To Bottom”.
