Coastal Painting Welcomes New Divisional Manager

Strengthening its ability to serve HOA, Condominium, & Apartment Communities throughout Central Florida, Coastal Painting Company welcomes Phillip Walters to manage the company’s operations in Orlando.

Orlando, FL — January 17, 2014 — Coastal Painting Company welcomes Phillip Walters to help expand throughout Central Florida to offer professional Painting, Pressure Cleaning, Paver Sealing, Roof Cleaning, and Roof-A-Cide® to Homeowner Association and Condominium Communities.

Phillip brings over two decades of sales management experience to this position after management positions in companies such as Collis Roofing and Simonton Windows. Phillip is active in the Central Florida Chapters of the Community Association Institute as well as Associated Builders and Contractors.
