Community Manager Interview Villaggio Owners Association, Lake Worth, FL

We recently had the pleasure of speaking with Lacy Kreamer, General Manager of Villaggio Owners Association in Lake Worth, Florida. Villaggio Owners Association is an upscale, 538 home Community in Lake Worth, Florida where the homes range in age from 7 to 10 years.

“Being Green” is a concern for the Community, but the Community also has a Long Range Planning Advisory Group and a Buildings Advisory Support Group that analyses the Community’s options to make sure that each new suggestion, initiative, program, or upgrade enhances their Residents’ enjoyment of the Community, aesthetics, prolongs the life of major assets, and minimizes overall maintenance and operating Costs.

Like most well-run Communities, the Management at Villaggio balances controlling costs with the long-term property values and meeting the needs and expectations of their Residents. So Villaggio has implemented a couple of programs as a Community that other Communities, Managers, and Board Members might want to take note of and we’ll highlight them.

From upgrading the Clubhouse HVAC, to implementing a "Top to Bottom" Cleaning & Maintenance Program, to changing out the Community's exterior lighting to LED's. We go into a little more detail on our website here:
